What is the impact of Corona crisis on the cultural ecosystem?
Between challenges and opportunities?

According to UNESCO*, the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on  on culture professionals and on the sector as a whole appears even more severe than previously assumed.
128 countries have closed their cultural institutions, which represents 60.000 museums worldwide. This crisis will certainly have a long term effect on Art, society, as well as an important financial loss.  On the brighter side, creative solutions and new opportunities were explored to operate despite heavy constraints.

On 15 of April 2021, Nynke de Haan, Managing Director at Foam Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam, and Anne-Emmanuelle Grossi, Director of the Institut français des Pays-Bas, will discuss the topic: "The Corona Crisis & its impact on culture".
