1. Bescherming en verwerking van persoonsgegevens<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Persoonlijke gegevens van gebruikers \u2013 zoals, maar niet beperkt tot, IP-adres, besturingssysteem, browser en gebruikte configuratie \u2013 kunnen worden verzameld tijdens het surfen op de website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze persoonsgegevens zijn uitsluitend bestemd voor de goede werking en de dynamiek van de website. In dit verband zal het niet worden overgedragen, verhuurd of geruild tegen welke vergoeding dan ook en zal het niet zichtbaar worden gemaakt op de website of worden meegedeeld aan een derde partij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL verbindt zich ertoe passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen ten uitvoer te leggen om deze persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen wijziging, verspreiding of ongeoorloofde toegang, en om de volledige vertrouwelijkheid ervan te waarborgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL verbindt zich er ook toe persoonsgegevens niet langer te bewaren dan nodig is om de doeleinden te verwezenlijken waarvoor zij werden verzameld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overeenkomstig de bepalingen van de wet van 6 januari 1978, zoals gewijzigd door de wet van 6 augustus 2004, beschikt u over het recht van verzet (artikel 38), toegang (artikel 39) en verbetering (artikel 40) met betrekking tot de u betreffende informatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indien u van dit recht gebruik wenst te maken, kunt u per e-mail (communication@institutfrancais.nl<\/a>) of per post, voorzien van een legitimatiebewijs (Anna Paulownastraat 76 – 2518 BJ Den Haag, Nederland), contact opnemen met de redactie van de website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Beleid inzake het gebruik van cookies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De gebruiker wordt ervan in kennis gesteld dat hij, door verder te surfen op de website, het gebruik van cookies aanvaardt om hem inhoud en diensten aan te bieden die op zijn interesses zijn afgestemd. Zij kunnen hun surfparameters op elk moment wijzigen op de “cookies”-pagina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
