De open call is bedoeld voor Nederlandse culturele instellingen die willen samenwerken met het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL om de kennismaking tussen de hedendaagse Franse kunstscene en het Nederlandse publiek te bevorderen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EncoreNL ondersteunt projecten waarbij kunstenaars uit de <strong>Franse kunstscene worden uitgenodigd, Franse hedendaagse kunstwerken worden getoond<\/strong> of <strong>structurele samenwerkingen tussen Franse en Nederlandse culturele instellingen tot stand komen<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL heeft als culturele afdeling van de Franse ambassade in Nederland de ambitie om een volwaardige <strong>speler te worden in het Nederlandse culturele ecosysteem<\/strong>. EncoreNL is een instrument om deze missie te verwezenlijken, door aanwezig te zijn in Nederland en directe banden met de culturele sector te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EncoreNL is niet bedoeld als een een passief financieel instrument maar als een middel om actieve samenwerkingen te bevorderen. Het programma richt zich op <strong>Nederlandse culturele instellingen die actief willen samenwerken met het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL<\/strong>, door het een concrete rol aan te bieden in een samenwerkingsproject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/institutfrancais.nl\/nl\/encorenl\/\">Hier<\/a> worden de eerdere projecten gepresenteerd die via EncoreNL zijn begeleid. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aanmeldingen van projecten waarbij geen samenwerking met het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL is opgenomen, worden niet in behandeling genomen.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EncoreNL heeft<strong> twee sessies per jaar<\/strong>: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een eerste open call in november, voor projecten die van januari tot mei worden uitgevoerd.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een tweede open call in april, voor projecten die van juni tot december worden uitgevoerd.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drst-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-1f280ca08d12c1c1438d0b36a9d3f4d1\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EncoreNL richt zich op de volgende disciplines:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Architectuur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beeldende kunst&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitale creatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fotografie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ambachtelijke kunst&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muziek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podiumkunsten&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Literatuur&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EncoreNL staat open voor de volgende aanvragers:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Festivals en bi\u00ebnnales&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Musea en kunstcentra&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Culturele instellingen&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bioscopen&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theaters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concertzalen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Individuele aanvragers komen niet in aanmerking.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EncoreNL ondersteunt de volgende soorten projecten:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uitnodigingen van Franse podiumkunstenaars voor toonaangevende culturele evenementen in Nederland zoals deelname aan een festival en de organisatie van een boekentour voor schrijvers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het uitdragen van hedendaagse Franse kunst op locaties in Nederland gewijd aan erkend of opkomend talent, zoals tentoonstellingen en voorstellingen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constructieve samenwerking tussen Franse en Nederlandse culturele instellingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EncoreNL ondersteunt projecten die zich richten op een van de volgende maatschappelijke thema\u2019s:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teruggave van cultuurgoederen;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ecologische transitie van de culturele sector;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uitdagingen op het gebied van digitalisering en kunstmatige intelligentie;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bevordering van een eerlijke en duurzame beloning voor cultuurwerkers;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zichtbaarheid van genderminderheden en LGBTQIA+-personen;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zichtbaarheid van de Franse overzeese kunstscene.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aanmeldingsprocedure&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het tijdschema voor de open call van EncoreNL is als volgt: &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eerste sessie 2026: de open call loopt van <strong>23 oktober 2025 tot 14 december 2025<\/strong>. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tweede sessie 2026: de open call loopt&nbsp;van <strong>7 april tot en met 7&nbsp;mei 2026<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Het aanmeldingsdossier moet voor\u00a08 mei 2026<strong> in het Engels<\/strong> worden ingediend via\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:culture@institutfrancais.nl\" class=\"\">culture@institutfrancais.nl<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Het aanmeldingsdossier moet de volgende onderdelen bevatten:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beschrijving van de aanvrager<\/strong> van het&nbsp; project met de volgende informatie: algemene beschrijving, postadres en KvK-nummer van de culturele instelling, evenals de naam, functie en biografie van degene die verantwoordelijk is voor het project;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Presentatie van het voorgestelde project<\/strong>, met de volgende informatie: algemene beschrijving van het project, biografie\u00ebn en presentaties van de Franse werken en\/of kunstenaars, uitvoeringsdata, doelgroepen;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beschrijving van de voorgestelde samenwerkingsmogelijkheden en de rol<\/strong> die aan het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL is toebedeeld voor de ontwikkeling van het project;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gedetailleerde en evenwichtige begroting <\/strong>(inkomsten en uitgaven), met vermelding van de aard en het bedrag van de bijdrage die bij het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL wordt aangevraagd, evenals de bevestigde of verwachte bijdragen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voorwaarden voor financi\u00eble steun&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het totaalbedrag van de aanvraag voor financi\u00eble steun bij het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL mag niet hoger zijn dan \u20ac 3000 en mag maximaal 50 % van het totale projectbudget uitmaken. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL beschikt over een beperkt budget voor deze regeling. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Het zal daarom niet alle projectvoorstellen die in dit kader worden ontvangen, kunnen honoreren en behoudt zich het recht voor om zijn keuzes te motiveren<\/strong>. Er wordt geen steun toegekend louter op basis van de indiening van het dossier. Het project moet voldoen aan een reeks vastgestelde criteria en een concrete samenwerking voorstellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beoordelingscriteria&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elk ingediend dossier wordt door de afdeling Cultuur van het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL beoordeeld en ge\u00ebvalueerd. Naast de artistieke kwaliteit en de haalbaarheid van het voorgestelde project, wordt er ook gekeken naar de mate waarin het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL het project kan begeleiden en naar de toegevoegde waarde van zijn betrokkenheid, aan de hand van de volgende criteria:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Geografie:<\/strong> het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL zal zorgen voor een evenwichtige spreiding van de geselecteerde projecten over het hele Nederlandse grondgebied.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disciplines:<\/strong> het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL zal zorgen voor een evenwichtige verdeling van de geselecteerde projecten over de verschillende disciplines.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tijdschema:<\/strong> het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL zal rekening houden met het voorgestelde tijdschema om effectieve betrokkenheid en relevante communicatie bij de geselecteerde projecten te waarborgen. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financi\u00eble opzet:<\/strong> het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL zal de toegevoegde waarde van zijn financi\u00eble bijdrage beoordelen, die een aanvulling moet vormen op een budget dat grotendeels vooraf is veiliggesteld door Nederlandse publieke en\/of particuliere financiering. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aansluiting bij de algemene activiteiten van het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL:<\/strong> het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL zal letten op de algehele samenhang van de ondersteunde projecten in relatie tot zijn vlaggenschipinitiatieven en prioritaire thema&#8217;s, met het oog op de continu\u00efteit en versterking van zijn strategie voor bilaterale samenwerking op cultureel gebied.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Voor de tweede ronde van 2026 krijgen de aanvragers<strong> half mei <\/strong>bericht over de status van hun aanvraag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>EncoreNL is een programma ter ondersteuning van de promotie van de hedendaagse Franse kunstscene, dat door het Institut fran\u00e7ais NL in heel Nederland wordt uitgevoerd. Opgemerkt moet worden dat het Institut Fran\u00e7ais in Parijs ook verschillende open calls co\u00f6rdineert ter ondersteuning van de promotie en samenwerking op dit gebied, met name in het kader van het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.institutfrancais.com\/fr\/programmes?program%5B359%5D=359\">Programme international de diffusion artistique (PIDA)<\/a>, dat tot doel heeft projecten te ondersteunen voor de internationale promotie van de hedendaagse Franse kunstscene, of in het kader van zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.institutfrancais.com\/fr\/programme\/aide-projet\/partenariats-collectivites-territoriales\">partnerschappen met Franse lokale overheden<\/a>, die tot doel hebben samenwerkingsprojecten tussen Franse en buitenlandse culturele instellingen te stimuleren.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EncoreNL is een programma ter ondersteuning van Nederlandse culturele instellingen die zich inzetten voor de promotie van Franse creatieve projecten in Nederland.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":43594,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[91],"tags":[398],"class_list":["post-40472","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-geen-onderdeel-van-een-categorie","tag-encorenl-nl","entry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
